At Apex Computers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returning products or requesting refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
- To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
Note: Some products, such as software or consumables, may not be eligible for return unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the product back if necessary.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after verification of the returned product.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective product or our error.
4. Exchanges / Replacements
- Defective or damaged products can be replaced free of cost within the warranty period.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
- Replacement shipping costs will be covered by Apex Computers if the defect is confirmed.
5. Important Notes
- Always retain your invoice or receipt as proof of purchase.
- Products returned without proper packaging or missing accessories may not be accepted.
- Refunds and returns are subject to Pakistani consumer laws.
