1. Warranty Coverage
- All products purchased from apexcomputers.pk come with a manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
- Warranty coverage is valid from the date of purchase as per the invoice.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal usage conditions.
Note: Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage (drops, liquid spills, etc.)
- Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair attempts
- Consumables (e.g., batteries, printer cartridges) unless specified
2. Replacement Policy
- If a product is found defective within 7 days of delivery, you are eligible for a full replacement or store credit.
- After 7 days, replacement is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
- To request a replacement, contact us via email or phone with:
- Order/invoice number
- Product details
- Description of the issue
3. Process for Warranty Claims

- Shipping costs for warranty claims will be borne by the customer unless the defect is confirmed as manufacturer’s fault.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are provided only if a replacement is not possible or if the product cannot be repaired under warranty.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method after verification.
5. Important Notes
- Always retain your invoice or receipt as proof of purchase.
- Any tampering or unauthorized repair attempts will void the warranty.
- Warranty and replacement policies are subject to applicable Pakistani consumer laws.
